Supreme Court Betrays Trump, Iran Hides Nukes, and God Wins in Louisiana

The Supreme Court voted 6-3 to strike down President Trump's tariffs — and two of his own appointees pulled the trigger. Then Iran's buried nuclear tunnels emerged in satellite images while their diplomats smiled in Geneva. And the 5th Circuit voted 12-6 to put the Ten Commandments back on Louisiana classroom walls. Three massive stories the legacy media buried. John O'Connor breaks them all down on O'Connor's Right Stand.

The Supreme Court just stabbed the president in the back. Two of his own appointees joined the liberal wing of the court and killed his tariff agenda. Two people he put on that bench. Two people who owe their careers to Donald Trump. Gone. Just like that. And while that circus was playing out on Friday, Iran was quietly burying its nuclear tunnels under concrete and dirt, smiling at the negotiating table while preparing for war. They bombed those sites last June.
00:29
The Iranians rebuilt them and covered the evidence. But here is what the legacy media will not tell you today. On the same Friday that the Supreme Court went rogue, a federal appeals court handed God a massive victory. The Ten Commandments are going back on the walls of Louisiana's public school classrooms. And the ACLU? Well, they're absolutely furious. Three stories, one battlefield. This is O'Connor's Right Stand.
01:13
Welcome back, Patriots, to O'Connor's Right Stand. I'm John O'Connor. Now, if you've been with us before, you may be wondering, wasn't the show called O'Connor's Quick Strike? Well, it was. And the Quick Strike served its purpose. Three fast stories in and out keep it moving. So, in order for more conformity, I've decided to bring that format to O'Connor's Right Stand, dissolve the Quick Strike name. And don't worry, if you like the deep dives, I still will be doing them as special or bonus episodes.
01:42
Also, we'll be testing out new segments, but enough about the changes. I'm just glad you are here. So we are watching the Supreme Court defy a sitting president. We are watching Iran rebuild nuclear sites we paid billions to destroy. We are watching the left try to rip God out of our classrooms. These are not quick strike stories. These are Stan stories now. And that is exactly what we are doing. It's time to make a stand, a right stand. Today is Monday, February 23rd.
02:11
and I have three stories that are going to have you gripping your steering wheel or your coffee mug or whatever's in your hand right now. First, the Supreme Court's six to three ruling that killed the president's tariffs. Two of Trump's own appointees sided with the liberals. We are going to talk about what happened, who did it, and what it means. Second, Iran. While everyone was watching the tariff ruling, satellite images emerged showing Tehran has buried
02:38
every single tunnel entrance at the nuclear sites we bombed last June. They are rebuilding. They are hiding it. And they are sitting at the negotiating table pretending they want peace. And third, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals voted 12-6 to put the Ten Commandments back in Louisiana's public classrooms. God is winning, Patriots. Even on a rough Friday. So, buckle up, let's get into it. All right, Patriots, first story.
03:08
And I want you to pay really close attention here, because what happened on Friday, February 20th, is one of the most significant judicial moments of the Trump presidency, and it deserves more than a headline. The Supreme Court of the United States voted 6-3 to strike down President Trump's sweeping tariffs. The tariffs he imposed using a 1977 law called the IEEPA, the International Emergency Economic Powers Act. The court ruled that law does not
03:38
give the president the authority to impose tariffs. Now, patriots, here's where it gets personal. The ruling was six to three. Chief Justice Roberts wrote the majority opinion. He was joined by three liberal justices. Sotomayor, Kagan, and Contangi Brown Jackson. That's four votes. You need six. So where did the other two come from? Neil Gorsuch and Amy Coney Barrett. Let that sink in. Two justices nominated by Donald Trump
04:07
Two people who would not be sitting on the highest court in the land if Donald Trump had not won in 2016. They sided with the liberals. They handed the left a massive victory against the man who put them there. You want an analogy? Imagine you pull a drowning man out of a river. You give him a new life, a job, a purpose, and 10 years later he just shows up and drains your swimming pool. That is what happened on Friday. Now, the three justices who actually held the line, Clarence Thomas,
04:37
Samuel Alito and Brett Kavanaugh. Those three dissented. Those three said the president has every right to use emergency powers to address trade deficits. Those three understood what was at stake. So what exactly did Roberts say? He wrote, and I want to be precise here, that Trump's tariffs represented a claim to the extraordinary power to unilaterally impose tariffs of unlimited amount, duration, and scope.
05:07
And the court said, no, IEEPA was never meant for that. Patriots, let me ask you something. Do you think the founding fathers wrote the Constitution so that nine unelected judges could override the economic agenda of a president chosen by 77 million Americans? Of course they didn't, but here we are. Now, Trump did not take this lying down. Within hours of the ruling, he was at the podium. He called the justices who ruled against him, including his own appointees,
05:37
a disgrace to our nation. said Gorsh and Barrett were an absolute embarrassment to their families. Strong words, warranted words. And then he did something, some might say brilliant. He immediately announced a new 15 % global tariff, this time under a completely different law, Section 122 of the 1974 Trade Act, which
06:03
does explicitly authorize the president to impose import surcharges for balance of payments reasons. Trump looked the court in the eye and said, fine, I'll use a different door. That is the move of a fighter. Most politicians would have sulked. Trump found the next tool in the toolbox before the cameras were even turned off. But let's be honest about what this ruling really means.
06:29
The left is celebrating because they think they stopped Trump's trade agenda. They have not. What they have done is force Congress to actually do its job, to pass legislation explicitly granting tariff authority. And with Republicans controlling both chambers, well, that conversation could be coming. Trump also blasted, and this is important, what he called disloyal Republicans. He posted on social media, Republicans are so disloyal to themselves.
06:59
He's not talking about the justices. He's talking about the broader rhino problem inside the party. The people who smile at the rallies and then fold the moments there's pressure. Sound familiar? Here's the bottom line, Patriots. The Supreme Court handed the left a win on Friday. Two Trump appointees made it possible. But Trump answered within the same news cycle with a new, tariff strategy. The fight is not over. It is just moving to a different...
07:28
battlefield. The question I have for you is this, if the justices Trump appointed are willing to rule against him on something this fundamental, what does that tell you about the limits of judicial appointments as a long-term strategy? Because it tells me that we cannot rely on non-people in black robes to protect this country. We have to do it ourselves, at the ballot box, every single time. All right, Patriots, second story.
07:58
And want you to pay very close attention here because this one is being buried under the tariff coverage. And that is exactly what Tehran is counting on. While the nation was watching the Supreme Court drama unfold on Friday, satellite images were circulating among national security analysts, showing something deeply alarming. Iran has been rebuilding and now actively hiding the nuclear sites that the United States and Israel bombed last June during the 12-day war. Let me give you the specifics, Patriots.
08:27
because this is not vague, this is documented. This is satellite imagery analyzed by the ISIS, the Institute for Science and International Security, and corroborated by Reuters and the Washington Free Beacon. The Isfahan Nuclear Complex, one of three uranium enrichment plants the United States bombed in June, had multiple tunnel entrances. As of early February, 2026, every single one of those tunnel entrances has been backfilled with soil and buried.
08:56
completely buried. So why does that matter? Because burying tunnel entrances does two things. It dampens the impact of any future airstrike, and it makes a special forces raid to seize or destroy enriched uranium nearly impossible. I'll say that again, patriots. They are not just rebuilding. They are making the sites harder to destroy the next time. At the Parshin Military Complex,
09:22
a site where Iran has historically tested high explosive triggers for nuclear warheads. Satellite images show something called a concrete sarcophagus. That is the actual term used by analysts, a sarcophagus. They have built a large concrete structure over a newly constructed facility and then covered it with soil to hide it from aerial observation. Analysts have identified what appears to be a cylindrical chamber roughly 150 feet long inside that structure.
09:52
High-explosive containment vessels of that size are consistent with nuclear warhead trigger development. And their ballistic missile program? It's already fully rebuilt. The Sherwood Missile Production Plant, their largest solid-propellant missile facility, was back online within months of the June strikes. Intelligence analysts noticed roads being cleared of snow and then rooftops staying warm, signs of an active facility just weeks after the attacks.
10:20
Now here is the part that should absolutely infuriate you. While all of this is happening, while Iran is burying tunnels, pouring concrete over weapons facilities, and rebuilding its missile arsenal, where are their diplomats? They are in Geneva, sitting across from American officials, talking about a deal. On Tuesday of last week, US and Iranian representatives held talks in Geneva and Iran claimed they had reached an understanding on guiding principles for a nuclear agreement.
10:50
Vice President J.D. Vance responded carefully. He said, some progress has been made, but that President Trump has set red lines that the Iranians are not yet willing to acknowledge. Not yet willing to acknowledge. This is diplomatic language for, they have no intention of actually stopping. Patriots, let me ask you a question. If you were genuinely trying to make a deal with someone, would you simultaneously be burying your evidence and fortifying your weapons facilities? Of course not.
11:20
You only do that if you are buying time. And Iran has been buying time for 40 years. The White House has maintained, and I want to be fair here, that the June strikes significantly degraded Iran's nuclear program. And Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth said our bombs hit exactly the right spot at each target and worked perfectly. I believe our military executed the mission they were given. But no airstrike is permanent, Patriots. You cannot bomb an ideology out of existence.
11:50
And the ideology in Tehran is the same as it's always been. Destroy Israel, humiliate America, and get the bomb. Trump has paired this diplomatic pressure with a significant military buildup. Two aircraft carriers are now positioned near Iran. More than 150 military cargo flights have moved weapons and ammunition to the Middle East in recent weeks. He is speaking softly, but carrying a very large aircraft carrier battle group. And that is the right posture.
12:19
But here's what concerns me, patriots. This week, this same week, we are watching Iran bury nuclear tunnels and rebuild missile plants. Their foreign minister sat on Face the Nation, told Margaret Brennan, with a straight face, that as a sovereign country, they have every right to decide their own nuclear program. Every right that is the face of a regime that has already decided. Simultaneously, Iran held war games in the Strait of Hormuz.
12:48
the narrow waterway through which roughly 20 % of the world's oil flows, and then announce new joint naval drills with Russia in the Sea of Oman. That is not the behavior of a country that wants peace. This is the behavior of a country that is stalling, rebuilding, and preparing. Here's the bottom line, patriots. The deal Iran is offering is the same deal they have always offered, words on paper while weapons go underground. The satellite images do not lie.
13:18
The concrete sarcophagus does not lie. The buried tunnel entrances do not lie. President Trump knows this. That is why the carriers are there. That is why Vance said what he said about red lines. The question is whether our diplomatic team has the spine to walk away from a bad deal, or whether the pressure to declare a win will lead us in the same trap every administration before Trump fell into. Keep your eyes on Iran, patriots. The legacy media is not going to tell you what those satellite images mean.
13:47
but now you know. Okay, on to a new segment for this show.
13:59
This is the Woke Files.
14:05
Case number 6326. Um, so what do do now that Republicans just literally essentially killed all of the poor people in America that rely on Medicare and Medicaid to survive? And I know a lot of you fing Republicans are on that shit too. Yeah you. Do you guys not understand how expensive insurance is? Because my family pays $1,200 a month in fing premiums. $1,200 a month in
14:34
insurance premiums when I still have to pay $40 to go to the fking doctor and $6,000 deductible for them to actually cover anything. And then we've got the minimum wage at like $9 an hour and you expect people to be able to afford fking insurance? On $12 an hour? And supporting a family? Do you just literally want people to die? Oh, quit sending our money to other countries and help our own! Help them how?
15:03
I'm moving. I'm getting out of this country and taking my kids. We're starting over somewhere else. I hope this entire country burns to the ground and I hope all the fucking Republicans that voted for Trump burn with it. There it is. Raw, profane and straight up violent fantasy from the party of love and compassion. This isn't just anger. This is full on wishing death and destruction on 70 plus million fellow Americans because they dare to disagree politically.
15:31
Imagine if a conservative said anything close to this about Democrats or Biden voters. CNN would run 24-7 specials calling it domestic terrorism and demanding arrests. But when it's a liberal melting down over election results? Crickets from the left. No condemnations, no that's not who we are lectures, just more echo chamber excuses about Trump derangement syndrome being justified. News flash sweetheart, the country isn't burning.
16:01
It's thriving under policies you hate. Borders are tightening, energy is booming, and everyday Americans are finally feeling some wins. Your side lost because people rejected the chaos, the inflation, the open borders, and the damn endless virtue signaling. Wishing literal fire on your neighbors isn't activism. It's derangement. It's the kind of extremism that proves exactly why voters rejected your worldview. Keep screaming into the void.
16:29
America's Moving Forward without you. The purpose of the wokefile segment is straightforward. To shine a bright light on the sheer volume of these unhinged liberal meltdown videos flooding the internet every single day. Hundreds if not more popping up across X, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond. We are not even scraping the surfaces here. I deliberately picked a relatively tame one for today's clip to ease folks in. But make no mistake.
16:58
This kind of raw, screaming rage is what millions of other liberals are consuming daily in their feeds. They are marinating in it, normalizing it, and convincing themselves that this hysterical behavior is perfectly reasonable and even virtuous. Screaming about the country burning, wishing death on neighbors over votes, or spiraling into profane tirades because reality didn't bend to their worldview. To them, that's just speaking truth to power, or coping with fascism.
17:28
We can't let that slide. As conservatives, as everyday Americans, we have a duty to collectively call this out for what it is. Downright crazy. It's not passion, it's derangement, it's not activism, it's emotional fragility weaponized into extremism. These aren't isolated incidents. They are a symptom of a broader cultural rot on the left, where disagreement equals existential threat, and tolerance only flows one way.
17:57
By exposing clip after clip in this daily segment, we are doing our part to push back, documenting the madness so more people see it, question it, and reject it. If the left wants to keep feeding on this chaos, fine. But the rest of us aren't obligated to pretend it's normal. Let's keep the spotlight on, keep the truth rolling, and remind everyone, sanity still has a home in America. Tree. Third story.
18:26
And after the Supreme Court betrayal and the Iran deception, I wanted to give you something to celebrate because on the same Friday that felt like a gut punch, God showed up. The full Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, all 18 judges, voted 12 to 6 to lift the block on Louisiana's law requiring the 10 Commandments, two to be displayed in every public classroom in the state. Every classroom. Poster-sized. On the wall. Governor Jeff Landry said it perfectly.
18:55
He posted online, common sense is making a comeback, and he's absolutely right. Now, let me give you some background here because this story has been fought hard. In 2024, Louisiana passed House Bill 71. It required every public school classroom in the state to display the Ten Commandments. A group of parents immediately sued, claiming it violated the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment, the one that says Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion.
19:25
A district court agreed with the parents and blocked the law. A three-judge panel of the Fifth Circuit also agreed and called it plainly unconstitutional. But then something happened. The full Fifth Circuit voted to rehear the case with all 18 judges present. And on Friday, they reversed 12 to 6. They said the lower courts had moved too fast. They said there are unresolved factual questions about how the displays will actually be implemented.
19:54
whether other historical documents like the Mayflower Compact or the Declaration of Independence will be displayed alongside them, whether teachers will reference the commandments in class. Without those facts, the court said it could not properly evaluate any First Amendment concerns. Now, Patriots, I know what the left is saying. They are saying the court didn't actually rule it is constitutional, just that it's too early to say it isn't.
20:23
And technically that is correct. But here's what they are not telling you. Judge James Ho, a Trump appointee, wrote a concurring opinion that went much further. He wrote, In sum, the Louisiana Ten Commandments law is not just constitutional. It affirms our nation's highest and most noble traditions. He did not hedge, he did not hide behind procedural language. He said it plainly. The Ten Commandments belong in our school.
20:53
Full stop. And Louisiana Attorney General Liz Murill has already sent schools the correct examples of the required poster. The law is moving forward. Patriots, let me ask you something. Do you know what the Ten Commandments are? I mean, not religiously, historically. The Ten Commandments are one of the foundational legal documents of Western civilization. Thou shall not murder, thou shall not steal, thou shall not bear false witness.
21:22
These are not just religious edicts, they are the bedrock principles that inform the legal system of every free nation in the Western world, including ours. The left wants to strip them from classrooms because they have religious origin. But by that logic, we should also remove any reference to the Declaration of Independence. Because it says, all men are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights. Should we rip that off the wall too?
21:52
Well, of course not, and neither should we rip down the commandments. The ACLU of Louisiana is predictably furious. They called the ruling extremely disappointing and said families will be forced into a game of constitutional whack-a-mole as they challenge each school district's displays individually. So, let me translate that for you. They lost, they are regrouping, but they will be back. But here is what this ruling does beyond Louisiana.
22:21
Arkansas has a similar law that has been challenged in federal court. Texas implemented its own Ten Commandments classroom requirement that is already up in classrooms across the state, though some districts face injunctions. This Fifth Circuit ruling now becomes the most powerful legal precedent in the country for those fights. The ACLU and the Freedom from Religion Foundation know that, which is why they are scared. Now, here is what I find most remarkable about this story, Patriots.
22:51
Think about the timing. On the same Friday that two Trump-appointed Supreme Court justices sided with liberals to block his economic agenda, on that same Friday, a federal appeals court stacked with conservative judges stood firm for faith, for tradition, and for the right of a state to hang God's law on the walls of our schools. The courts are not monolithic. The fight is not lost. And God is not finished with America.
23:20
To every parent in Louisiana, your kids are going to start every school day looking up at those words. Do not murder. Do not steal. Do not lie. Imagine if more of Washington had that reminder on their wall growing up. Maybe we would not be in the mess we are in. So there you have it, Patriots. Three stories. Story one, the betrayal. The Supreme Court, with the help of two Trump appointees, struck down the president's tariff agenda.
23:48
But Trump answered within hours with a new strategy and a new tool. The fight moves on. Story two, the deception. Iran is bearing its nuclear tunnels, pouring concrete over weapons facilities and rebuilding its missile program, all while sitting at the negotiating table. The satellite images don't lie and neither does history. Story three, the victory. The Fifth Circuit voted 12 to six to put the 10 commandments back on the walls of Louisiana's classrooms.
24:18
Governor Landry said common sense is making a comeback, and he is right. The legacy media will not give you these stories put together. They want you focused on one outrage at a time so you never see the full picture. But look at what is actually happening. We have a president who gets knocked down by the courts and responds within the same news cycle with a new plan. We have an administration that is watching Iran with its eyes wide open and carriers in the water. And we have judges.
24:47
somewhere in this country who still believe that God belongs in the lives of American children. That is not a country in retreat, Patriots. That is a country still worth fighting for. Well, thank you for joining this first Monday edition of O'Connor's Right Stand. If you want the truth, you have to support the channels that bring it to you. Hit that subscribe button right now. Share this with one person today who needs to hear what the legacy media is hiding. I'm John O'Connor.
25:14
I will see you tomorrow with three more stories the legacy media won't touch. Until then, keep holding the line unapologetically.
