Kash Patel DESTROYS Democrats in Congressional Hearings - Calls Out Schiff and Booker

FBI Director Kash Patel delivers a masterclass in leadership as he faces down dishonest Democrats in two explosive days of congressional testimony. Watch as Patel calls out Adam Schiff as "the biggest fraud to ever sit in the United States Senate" and refuses to be intimidated by Cory Booker's pathetic threats. From defending the Charlie Kirk investigation to exposing Democratic hypocrisy on the Epstein files, Patel systematically destroys every liberal talking point while standing firm on his FBI reforms. This episode breaks down the most epic moments from both the Senate and House hearings, showing exactly why the Deep State fears this patriot. Plus, John OConnor announces the launch of his new companion podcast "OConnor's Quick Strike" coming soon. Essential listening for anyone who wants to see what real leadership looks like when faced with swamp creature attacks.

00:00
Good Thursday morning, Patriots, and welcome back to O'Connor's Right Stand. I'm your host, John O'Connor, software programmer by day, conservative truth seeker by night. How's everyone feeling this morning? I've been hard at work continuing to develop the website, but I do have some exciting news for you today. There will be a complementary podcast launching alongside this one very soon.
00:24
The idea behind O'Connor's Right Stand has always been to deep dive into a single issue for our Tuesday and Thursday airings. The new podcast will have a completely different feel and approach - something I think you're really going to love. Once I get it rolling, it'll be airing Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. So yes, Patriots, you'll be getting me five days a week. Hopefully that's not O'Connor overload, though knowing this audience, you probably can't get enough truth.
00:55
This new show will be called O'Connor's Quick Strike, where I'll rapidly fire through the top news stories that I won't be covering in-depth on this podcast. I'll give you the essential facts and my unfiltered initial reactions in roughly 10 to 15 minutes. I'm planning on it being less polished and more gritty - think of it as me talking straight to you about what's happening in real time. Though knowing me, that approach could evolve as we go. So be on the lookout for O'Connor's Quick Strike.
01:25
It could drop any day now, and I think it's going to be exactly what we need in this fast-moving news environment. But today, we're sticking to our deep dive format because I've got to tell you, after watching FBI Director Kash Patel absolutely demolish the Democrats over the past two days of testimony, I'm feeling pretty damn good about the direction this country is heading, minus the tragic event of last week with Charlie Kirk. We're talking about something spectacular here.
01:55
Over the course of Tuesday and Wednesday, we witnessed one of the most epic takedowns of Democratic hypocrisy and grandstanding that I've ever seen in a congressional hearing. Kash Patel didn't just defend himself against their ridiculous attacks - he went on the offensive and exposed these frauds for exactly what they are: political theater performers who care more about TV soundbites than actual justice. And Patriots,
02:22
when I tell you about how Patel called out Adam Schiff as "the biggest fraud to ever sit in the United States Senate" and told Cory Booker exactly where he could shove his threats, you're going to understand why President Trump picked this warrior to clean house at the FBI. The O'Connor's Right Stand starts now.
02:55
Let me start with Tuesday's Senate Judiciary Committee hearing, because that's where we saw the first round of Democratic meltdowns. These hearings were supposed to be about FBI oversight, but what we really got was a masterclass in how to handle unhinged liberals who think they can intimidate a real patriot. FBI Director Kash Patel appeared before the Senate Judiciary Committee for his first oversight hearing since his confirmation in February, and from the moment he sat down, you could tell the Democrats were out for blood.
03:24
But here's what they didn't expect: Kash Patel came ready for war. In his opening statement, Patel set the tone perfectly: "I'm not going anywhere. If you want to criticize my 16 years of service, please bring it on." That's leadership. That's what it sounds like when someone who actually loves America faces down a bunch of political hacks. The Democrats tried every trick in their playbook. They whined about the Charlie Kirk investigation, they complained about FBI personnel changes,
03:52
and they desperately tried to relitigate the Jeffrey Epstein files. But Patel was ready for all of it. Let's talk about the Charlie Kirk situation first, because this really shows you how pathetic these Democrats are. Last week, conservative activist Charlie Kirk was assassinated in Utah, and Patel faced criticism for announcing on social media that a subject was in custody before that person was ultimately released.
04:20
Now, any reasonable person would understand that in a fast-moving investigation, information develops quickly. But the Democrats tried to turn this into some massive scandal. When Senator Peter Welch questioned Patel about the posts, Patel defended his transparency: "What we had at the time was a subject in custody in relation to this investigation. So in my commitment to work with the public to help identify subjects and suspects, I put that information out.
04:49
And then when we interviewed him, I put out the results of that." Patriots, this is exactly what we want from law enforcement - transparency and real-time updates with the public. But Democrats hate transparency when it doesn't serve their narrative. Now here's where things got really good, folks. Senator Adam Schiff - you know, the same lying fraud who pushed the Russia hoax for years - tried to corner Patel
05:17
about Ghislaine Maxwell's prison transfer. Schiff was doing his usual grandstanding routine, trying to imply some kind of conspiracy or cover-up. But Patel wasn't having any of it. When Shifty Schiff kept pushing his conspiracy theories, Patel absolutely demolished him: "You are the biggest fraud to ever sit in the United States Senate. You are a disgrace to this institution and an utter coward!" And when Schiff tried to fire back, calling Patel an internet troll,
05:47
Patel continued: "I'm not surprised that you continue to lie from your perch and put on a show so you can go raise money for your charade. You are a political buffoon at best." Patriots, this is what we've been waiting for! Finally, someone with the backbone to call out these frauds to their faces. For years we've watched Adam Schiff lie to the American people about Russia collusion, January 6th, and everything else.
06:14
He's made a career out of being a professional liar, and Kash Patel just exposed him on national television. The exchange got so heated that Chairman Chuck Grassley had to bang his gavel and demand silence. But the damage was done - America got to see Adam Schiff get called out for the fraud he really is. But wait, it gets even better.
06:38
Senator Cory Booker from New Jersey decided he was going to try to intimidate Patel with some kind of veiled threat about his job security. Booker told Patel: "I think you're not going to be around long. I think this might be your last oversight hearing, because as much as you supplicate yourself to the will of Donald Trump and not the Constitution of the United States of America, Donald Trump has shown us in his first term and this term, he is not loyal to people like you. He will cut you loose." Can you believe the arrogance?
07:08
This is a sitting United States Senator trying to intimidate an FBI Director by telling him he's going to get fired. It's absolutely disgraceful behavior that shows you exactly how desperate these Democrats have become. But Patel didn't back down. He fired right back at Booker, calling his comments "false information" and refusing to be intimidated. The exchange turned into a shouting match until Chairman Grassley had to intervene again. And you know what the best part is?
07:36
President Trump himself backed up Patel over the weekend, saying: "I am very proud of the FBI. Kash and everyone else, they have done a great job" - in reference to catching the Charlie Kirk shooter. So much for Booker's prediction about Trump cutting Patel loose! Wednesday brought us the House Judiciary Committee hearing, and if anything, Patel was even more devastating to the Democrats on his second day. The hearing lasted nearly five hours, and throughout that entire time, Patel systematically dismantled every single
08:06
Democratic talking point. The Democrats were absolutely obsessed with the Jeffrey Epstein files, trying to suggest that Patel was somehow covering up information to protect President Trump - which he strenuously denied. But here's what really happened: Patel told the committee that nothing in the files indicated that others were involved in Epstein's sex trafficking operations, but acknowledged that the mishandling of an earlier federal probe had hampered efforts to obtain a full picture of his crimes.
08:35
He said that the FBI had released all credible information and all files it is legally allowed to produce. Patriots, this is called following the law and the evidence. The Democrats wanted Patel to release information that would damage President Trump, regardless of whether it was credible or legally permissible. When he refused to play their political games, they accused him of a cover-up. One of the most
09:01
ridiculous moments came when Democrats tried to make a big deal out of a supposed letter from President Trump to Jeffrey Epstein. The Wall Street Journal had reported that a book prepared for Epstein's 50th birthday in 2003 included a letter signed by Trump. The president denied ever writing the letter, calling it "FAKE," and sued the Journal's publisher for defamation, seeking $20 billion in damages. Democratic Representative Jared Moskowitz
09:29
asked Patel whether he would open an investigation into the Epstein estate "for putting out a fake document with the president's signature linking him to the world's largest pedophile ring." And you know what? Patel agreed to look into it! This is perfect, Patriots. The Democrats thought they had some kind of gotcha moment with this fake letter, but instead they may have just opened up an investigation into the people who are spreading forged documents about the President of the United States. Talk about a backfire!
09:59
Throughout both hearings, Democrats kept whining about personnel changes at the FBI. They claimed that Patel had fired agents for political reasons, noting that in his confirmation hearing, he pledged not to terminate employees for political reasons. Senator Richard Blumenthal even had the audacity to tell Patel: "I'm not going to mince words. You lied to us. In the short time that you've been FBI director, you've presided over a rash of retaliatory firings." But Patel set the record straight:
10:28
"The only way people get terminated at the FBI is if they fail to meet the muster of the job and their duties. And that is where I will leave it. And you accusing me of lying is something I don't take lightly." Patriots, this is exactly what we elected President Trump to do - clean house in the federal bureaucracy. For years, the FBI was weaponized against conservatives and Trump supporters. Three former FBI officials have sued Patel and Attorney General Pam Bondi over allegations
10:57
that they were fired on orders from the White House. But you know what? If these agents were part of the corrupt system that went after President Trump, then good riddance! As Patel told the Senate committee: "This FBI will not be weaponized anymore on either side of the aisle." That's exactly what we need to hear. While the Democrats were having their meltdowns, Republicans rallied around Patel and his reforms.
11:23
Chairman Chuck Grassley praised Patel for the "important work" of returning the FBI to a "law enforcement mission." Even Ted Cruz got in on the action, quipping: "It used to be that to see theater, you had to go to the Kennedy Center. Now apparently you need only go to the Senate Judiciary Committee and see our Senate Democrats berating the director of the FBI." Perfect! Republican Senator Thom Tillis offered some coaching advice to Patel after one of the shouting matches:
11:51
"I've actually admired the way you've tried to keep your composure over the course of this. The last one I'd just coach you on - don't take the bait. Just sit down in the quiet confidence that you're doing a good job." That's leadership, folks. Republicans understand that Patel is doing exactly what needs to be done to restore integrity to the FBI. Let's also give credit where credit is due on the Charlie Kirk investigation.
12:17
If you missed it, I did a tribute to Charlie Kirk on Tuesday's show, so if you get a moment, go take a listen. The FBI and Utah law enforcement took the suspect, 22-year-old Tyler Robinson, into custody on Thursday night after his family contacted authorities. The arrest took place roughly 33 hours after Kirk's shooting. Patel revealed that the FBI is investigating a group chat on Discord where Robinson allegedly confessed to the killing before he was arrested. Robinson allegedly posted messages saying: "Hey guys,
12:47
I have bad news for you all. It was me at UVU yesterday. I'm sorry for all of this." Patel told lawmakers, quote: "There are a number of individuals that are currently being investigated and interrogated, and a number yet to be investigated and interrogated, specific to that chat room. So we are very much in our ongoing posture of investigation." This shows that the FBI is doing real police work,
13:15
following up on leads and investigating potential accomplices. But instead of praising this success, Democrats tried to turn it into a scandal because Patel was being transparent with the public. What really comes through in these hearings is that Kash Patel represents everything the Deep State fears. He's not one of their insiders. He's not going to play their games. He's not going to protect their corrupt networks. As Patel told Schiff during their explosive exchange, quote: "What I am doing is protecting this country,
13:45
providing historic reform, and combating the weaponization of intelligence by the likes of you." That's exactly right, Patriots. For years, people like Adam Schiff weaponized our intelligence agencies against the American people. They turned the FBI into a political tool to go after their enemies. Kash Patel is dismantling that corrupt system, and they hate him for it. Patel also pointed out the hypocrisy of Democrats suddenly caring about the Epstein files, and I quote again:
14:15
"All you care about is a child sex predator that was prosecuted by a prior administration, and the Obama Justice Department and the Biden Justice Department did squat. And what did President Trump do? Bring new charges courageously." Where were these Democrats when Obama and Biden had access to the Epstein files? They did nothing! It took President Trump to actually pursue justice in this case.
14:43
Of course, the mainstream media is completely misrepresenting what happened in these hearings. They're focusing on the "shouting matches" and trying to make Patel look unhinged. But anyone who watched these hearings knows the truth: Patel remained composed and professional while the Democrats acted like children. The media even tried to attack Patel for dining at a restaurant during the Kirk investigation, as if FBI Directors aren't allowed to eat.
15:10
It's absolutely desperate coverage that shows how threatened they are by Patel's reforms. But here's what they won't and can't hide: Patel answered every question, defended his record, and exposed the Democrats' hypocrisy for all to see. He didn't back down, he didn't apologize for doing his job, and he didn't let these frauds intimidate him. Patriots, what we witnessed over these
15:37
two days goes way beyond just FBI oversight hearings. This was a battle for the soul of American law enforcement. On one side, you have Kash Patel and the Trump administration working to restore integrity and depoliticize the FBI. On the other side, you have Democrats who want to weaponize law enforcement against their political enemies. The Democrats' attacks on Patel aren't really about the Charlie Kirk investigation or the Epstein files -
16:07
they're about the fact that they've lost control of the FBI. For years, they used the Bureau as their personal political weapon. Now that weapon has been taken away from them, and they're furious. But Patel's performance shows that he's exactly the right person for this job. He's not intimidated by grandstanding senators. He's not going to be bullied into reversing Trump's reforms. And he's certainly not going to apologize for cleaning up the mess that the Democrats created.
16:38
What's really exciting is that this is just the beginning. After nearly five hours in the witness chair, Chairman Jim Jordan dismissed Patel from the hearing, saying: "We appreciate the service you're providing the country, appreciate your testimony today and appreciate the fact that you did it for five hours straight. That's amazing." That's the difference between Republicans and Democrats, folks. Republicans appreciate public servants who do their jobs with integrity.
17:07
Democrats attack anyone who doesn't serve their political agenda. And you know what the best part is? President Trump continues to back Patel fully. Despite all the Democratic attacks, despite all the media criticism, Trump knows he picked the right person to lead the FBI. We're going to see more victories like this as the Trump administration continues to drain the swamp and restore accountability to our government institutions. The Democrats can scream and shout all they want,
17:38
but they can't stop the reforms that are coming. What Kash Patel demonstrated over these two days was nothing short of a masterclass in leadership under fire. When faced with dishonest attacks from partisan Democrats, he didn't back down. When confronted with lies and smears, he fought back with truth. When threatened by grandstanding senators, he stood his ground. This is exactly the kind of strength and integrity we need in our law enforcement leaders.
18:06
For too long we've watched government officials cower before Democratic bullies and apologize for doing their jobs. Kash Patel shows us what it looks like when someone refuses to be intimidated by the swamp. The moment when he called Adam Schiff "the biggest fraud to ever sit in the United States Senate" will go down in history as one of the greatest truth-telling moments in congressional testimony. Schiff has been lying to the American people for years, and finally someone had the courage to call him out
18:35
to his face. The Democrats thought they could destroy Patel with these hearings. Instead, he exposed them as the partisan hacks they really are. He showed America that the FBI is in good hands and that the Trump administration's reforms are working. As we move forward, we need to remember what real leadership looks like. It looks like Kash Patel standing up to Democratic bullies and refusing to apologize for serving the American people. It looks like someone who cares more about truth
19:05
than political correctness. The swamp creatures are angry because they're losing their power. The Deep State is panicking because their corruption is being exposed. And the Democrats are melting down because they can't weaponize the FBI anymore. That's exactly what winning looks like, Patriots. Well, that's a wrap for this episode of O'Connor's Right Stand. Share this with someone who needs to see what real leadership looks like when faced with dishonest attacks.
19:32
And as always, I appreciate you joining me in this fight for truth and accountability. Just your listening means the world to me. Also, when you get a moment, check out OConnorsRightStand.com. There have been a lot of changes and more coming. Keep providing me your feedback and start to be on the lookout for the dropping of my new show called O'Connor's Quick Strike. Remember, Patriots: when frauds like Adam Schiff and Cory Booker attack patriots like Kash Patel, it just proves we're winning.
20:01
When the Deep State panics, it means we're over the target. And when Democrats melt down in congressional hearings, it shows the American people exactly who they really are. This is John O'Connor, signing off. Until next time, keep fighting the good fight, and never forget - the truth always wins in the end.
